Yes! Cecil Bank customers can use ATMs at any ENB Community Banking Office without being charged a fee.
No. ENB Employee accounts are NOT automatically masked in Horizon. Employees have the option to request their account(s) be masked/designated as “Confidential” which prohibits most ENB employees from reviewing account details including account balances. If an employee prefers to have their account information masked, they should visit their local ENB branch to have their “Confidential” level updated. This action will maintain the account so that most information is private.
Customers can use any Allpoint ATM for fee-free withdrawals. There are more than 55,000 locations, including Target, Costco, Walgreens, Wawa, and CVS.
Cecil Bank branches will continue to offer ATMs services. Branch ATMs will be upgraded and will remain available for fee-free withdrawals during installation. For deposits, customers can use a night deposit box or visit the branch.
After conversion weekend, all ENB Community Banking Offices in Cecil County will have Express Banking ATMs, which allow both withdrawals and deposits. Additionally, ENB remains a part of the Allpoint network, providing customers access to ATMs at more than 55,000 locations, including Target, Costco, Walgreens, Wawa, and CVS. Customers will be able to use the ATM locator in ENB Online and Mobile Banking to find your nearest ATM.

No, customer account numbers will not change. They will maintain their Cecil Bank account numbers after the transition to ENB’s systems.
Yes, they can continue using their Cecil Bank checks after the transition to ENB’s systems. We will offer an option to order new checks at that time as well.
Yes, they can continue using their Cecil Bank debit cards after the transition to ENB’s systems. We will share a timeline for issuing new debit cards when it is finalized.

ENB was founded in 1881 by 73 investors who contributed $100 each. Its largest early investor, William Z. Sener, became the bank’s first president.
ENB’s headquarters is located at 31 E. Main Street, Ephrata, Pennsylvania, in the bank’s historic building completed in 1925.
